Terms and Conditions
1.1 Reservation requests have to be sent to info(at)villa-lotta.de
1.2 A reservation is accepted as soon as it is confirmed by receipt of invoice via e-mail.
1.3 Within 5 days after receipt of invoice, 20% of the full amount plus the deposit of 150€ have to be transferred to the stated account. The remaining amount shall be transferred latest 3 days before the arrival date.
1.4 In the case of short notice bookings, payment has to be made to the stated account within 5 days after receipt of invoice.
1.5 In the case of delayed payment , Villa Lotta is entitled to cancel the booking without notice. The cancellation policy remains unaffected.
1.6 The community of Schliersee binds us to the payment of visitor’s tax for every overnight guest – Daily rates are: € 2,- per adult and € 1,- per child 6 years or older.
2. Cancellation by the tenant
2.1 Cancellations must be submitted by e-mail to info(at)villa-lotta.de. After this, Villa Lotta will send the confirmation of cancellation and if necessary, the cancellation invoice.
2.2 In case of cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival, the advance payment of 20% will be charged.
2.3 In case of cancellations within 14 days before arrival, 60% of the full invoice amount will be charged.
2.4 Already made payments will be deducted and refunded according to the cancellation policy.
2.5 In case of late arrival or early departure, the full invoice amount will be charged.
3. Cancellation by Villa Lotta
3.1 In case Villa Lotta has to cancel a booking due to essential reasons, the tenant will be informed immediately – in the best case offering an alternative to the tenant for his stay.In case the tenant does not accept the alternative offer, Villa Lotta will immediately refund all made payment. Besides the refund of all payments, no other claims whatsoever can be derived therefrom.
4. Liability of the tenant
4.1 During the stay in Villa Lotta, the tenant is completely liable for all interiors and objects within the premises. Any damage will be charged in full – if sufficient this is covered by the deposit of 150€.
4.2 Villa Lotta reserves the right to hold the tenant liable for any damage that is not sufficiently reported or covered by the deposit. The tenant is responsible for all related costs.
4.3 In case the tenant does not act with good behavior, or disturb the surrounding area in any way, he can be prohibited access to the house and all other premises. The rental agreement is therefore cancelled and no refund claims or others can be made by the tenant.
4.4 There are instructions and information on the house in the guest info sheets, which every tenant should read and act accordingly.
5. Liability of Villa Lotta
5.1 The usage of all appliances in Villa Lotta are at the tenant’s own risk.
5.2 Villa Lotta will not accept any claims regarding loss or theft of private objects, damages or physical injuries of any kind which are done by or to the tenants.
5.3 Mistakes or misapprehension in Villa Lotta's online descriptions and pricing rates are not binding.
5.4 For all reservations and bookings, German law applies. In case of a law trial, any claims will be settled by a judge in Munich, Germany.
6. Your Stay
6.1 The minimal stay in Villa Lotta is 2 consecutive nights. Arrival time lies between 15:00 and 20:00. On your last day, departure time is before 12:00.
6.2 Bed linens, tea towels, bath and sauna towels are included in the rent. Cleaning service is included for all stays over 7 nights. Otherwise the cleaning costs are 75€. Cleaning during your stay can be arranged at reasonable rates.
6.3 The maximum number of 8 adult guest may not be exceeded – if not agreed on with the landlord.
6.4 As a tenant, it is prohibited to rent to any third party without the consent of the owner.
6.5 The gardens around Villa Lotta are shared property by the neighbors. Please respect their privacy and keep noise to a minimum. As well, private property of all neighbors should be handled respectfully.
6.6 It is prohibited to smoke inside the house.
6.7 It is allowed to bring pets if the landlord is informed. In this case we charge an additional cleaning service of 10€ per animal.
